We keep tissues in the lobby area for our customers, as they can view their transferred footage on some of the PCs up front if they choose...when they see film of loved ones who have since passed away, it really creates a special moment. My computer at work has exactly the kind of spam blocker you described. Our tech told us that it can be "trained" to recognize different types of mail. After several times of moving mail to the appropriate folders, such as 'blacklist', 'whitelist', 'spam', etc, it will learn in which folder to place each piece.
